Managing your software, subscriptions, and personal details is centralized through your PC App Store account. This guide provides a complete walkthrough of the account management features available on the web portal.
Note: While this guide focuses on the web interface, you can access the exact same menus
and settings directly inside the PC App Store application by clicking on your profile icon
Step 1: Accessing Your Account
To begin managing your details, you must first log in:
Open the registration email you received and click the blue
Go To My Account button.On the login page, enter your registered Username (email) and Password, then click the red LOGIN button.
Click on this line to be redirected to the log in page.
Once logged in, you can access the main navigation by clicking on your name in the top-right corner to open the Account Menu.
Managing Your Apps (My Apps)
The My Apps section serves as your digital library for all purchased software:
Navigate through apps by clicking on their icons.
View Product Key: Click this button next to any app to reveal your encrypted digital license.
Install: Use this button to be redirected to the official activation and installation page for your specific product.
My Profile
The My Profile page allows you to view and update your contact information:
Customer ID: your 6-digit assigned ID that you can provide a support assistant for identifying.
Email & Phone: You can edit your registered email address or add a primary phone number directly in the provided fields.
Payment Methods: This section lists your saved cards. You can add a new one or remove an old one.
My Subscriptions
In the My Subscriptions tab, you can track the status of your recurring services:
View a list of active products.
Check the Billing Date to see exactly when each subscription is set to auto-renew.
Cancel renewals for your subscription.
Transaction History
The Transaction History page provides a detailed log of all your financial activity:
Review past orders, including the order number, product name, status (e.g., "Completed"), and the exact amount charged.
Change Password
For account maintenance:
- Change Password: Update your security credentials at any time.
Refunds
For account special requests:
- Request Refund: If you need to return a product, this link opens the Refund Request Form. You will need to provide your full name, email, and the reason for the request.
